SureTrade is a UK platform that connects homeowners with verified tradespeople. We built it to fix the two biggest problems in home improvement: homeowners struggling to find reliable professionals, and good tradespeople being buried under low-quality leads.
Our mission
Home improvement is one of the biggest purchases many families ever make, yet finding someone trustworthy can feel like a lottery. Open directories flood tradespeople with unqualified leads. Cold callers ambush homeowners. Price-matching wars drive quality down.
SureTrade does things differently. Homeowners describe their project to our AI-powered project planner, which asks the right follow-up questions, identifies the trades involved and builds a structured brief. We then match it against verified local tradespeople using a trust score based on credentials, reviews, and reliability. The result is fewer, better matches on both sides.
From that first conversation through to the final handshake, everything runs inside SureTrade. Quotes, site visits and start dates are booked through our internal booking system, messages stay in one thread, and our support team is on hand throughout the process if anything needs unblocking. Tradespeople get a single toolkit for their pipeline, and homeowners get a clear view of where their project stands at every step.
